Hoopenburg Wines are created on a family-owned boutique farm located in a region known as the Greater Simonsberg. The many barrel aged wines produced on the estate are made exclusively from grapes grown on bush vines. The varied vintages that offered include the Hoopenburg Chardonnay, the Hoopenburg Merlot, the Hoopenburg Pinot Noir and the Hoopenburg Sauvignon Blanc.
Fruit driven with loads of freshness and nice sucrosite. Expect granadilla and pear aromas which follow through on the palate. Palate: Good balance of fruit and acidity on the mid-palate and a clean finish.
