Vitamin C helps the body to fight off free radical cellular damage. It is a natural form of anti-histamine.

Most people who eat a normal diet do not need extra ascorbic acid. Low levels of vitamin C can result in a condition called scurvy. Vitamin C is important and necessary for the formation of collagen which is important for the growth and repair of tissue cells including the gums, blood vessels bones and teeth.

Directions

  • Adults: 1 to 2 tablets daily with water or as recommended by your health care professional
  • Children: 1 tablet per day or as recommended by your health care professional
  • USL- daily upper safe level 2000mg 10 years and older based on a daily diet of F-2000, M-2500 calories
