Life as We Face It

A specimen of the humanity of many people. Good lessons can be drawn from both his weaknesses and strengths. Drawing insights from his life, this book gives practical examples of how one can overcome poverty and spiritual flaws while depending on the hand of the Almighty God and believing in oneself.

It also encourages readers to consider the lives of the less privileged and to take an active part in the support of the work of God. This book gives hope to those who are economically constrained and encourages them not to give up. There is something everyone can do to improve his or her situation. Dejection and self-pity kill one's will to rise from poverty to a more favourable life.

This book also sheds more light on the fact that God is not responsible for the many misfortunes and challenges that we go through. He is not against us but with us in every trouble. "He is our very present helper in times of trouble," (Ps 46:1). With Him, we can make a difference

About the Author

Pastor Kebby C. Shibeleki is an ordained Minister of the Gospel in the Seventh-Day Adventist Church. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Rusangu University. At the time of writing this book, he was finalising his Master's Degree in Biblical and Theological Studies, majoring in Systematic Theology with the Adventist University of Africa in Nairobi, Kenya. Pastor K.C. Shibeleki is happily married to Third, and together they have four lovely children; Clarice Cholwe, Chumuna, Alumbwe and Lubomba
