Instructions: Can be used in a bath or for steaming. Use as and when needed. For best results steam every 2-3 days for a total of 10 times.

For steaming: Boil 8 cups of water and then add the bag of herbs to the boiling water and allow to steep for 10min then relax and sit/stand over the steam for 10-20 minutes. When done, rinse.

For bathing: Place your bag of herbs in a hot bath. Relax in your bath for 10-20 minutes
