The output from the agricultural sector in Zambia ranges from livestock (fish and meat) to dairy produce, fruit and vegetables. Highest yields come from maize, soybeans, wheat, cotton, tobacco, coffee, vegetables, flowers and livestock such as cows and goats. Poultry and sheep are also reared in Zambia, and cotton, sorghum, soybeans and sunflower are cultivated. Beans, groundnuts, pumpkins and cassava leaves are mainly grown by small holders.
