DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Using tongs, hold the charcoal tablet over a candle flame for two minutes. Place charcoal into the ceramic bowl and blow on it until it glows red. Take a pinch of herbs and place it on top of the charcoal. Have a layer of sand at the bottom of the bowl to help distribute the heat and make sure that bowl is placed on a heat-resistant surface. To smudge yourself, or another person, fan the smoke over the entire body, focusing on areas of blockage. Start at the heart area, then the head, down the arms and front of the body. Visualise the smoke lifting negative emotions and thoughts. Then fan the smoke down the back of your body towards the ground, visualising the last of any negative energy being dissolved by the smoke
