The first-ever Nougat Biscuit was invented by our Mum in our family kitchen in 1999. Today, Wedgewood Angels Nougat Biscuits remain one of our family bakery’s unique signature recipes. We still make our Mum’s biscuits on our farm with the same love and care, using only the finest ingredients the way our Mum taught us.
