This is a self-upload service so Infobwana will provide you with email assistance as well as training and support material to guide you through the self-upload process. Infobwanawill handles your online payments at a 15% take rate (the fee we collect on every transaction to process payments). You can also sell online through a free integrated WhatsApp feature that makes selling through WhatsApp and social media significantly more efficient for you and your customers.

Logistics

• We can currently deliver across Zambia and are working on delivering regionally and internationally. Buyers pay for the cost of delivery when they place their order online and we manage the entire process from there.

Photography

• If you can't supply the images needed to effectively sell your products and services you don't need to worry Our team will plan and manage the shoot with your team, take pictures, edit and upload them for you.

You can book our team for:

• K1,000 for half a day shoot
• K1,500 for a full day shoot

• We're always looking for creative ways to engage our community and we share our client stories on our channels.
• For clients who submit content two weeks ahead the service is free. However, we understand that life gets busy. If you’ve not been able to send your post details in good time then we can squeeze your post in for K250.
