PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS

Likely routes of exposure: Skin contact, ingestion and inhalation. Skin: Mild irritant, minimally toxic. Eye: Mild irritant, may cause pain, redness or tears

Inhalation

Minimally Toxic if inhaled

Swallowed

Moderately toxic. no significant effects are expected to develop if only a small amount are swallowed

DISPOSAL OF PRODUCT

Do not contaminate ponds, waterways or ditches with chemical or used containers. Do not dispose of the waste in the sewer. Where possible recycling is preferred for disposal. If recycling is not practicable, dispose of in compliance with local regulations

DISPOSAL OF PACKING

Empty remaining contents. Triple-rinse containers. Empty containers should be taken for local recycling or waste disposal. Do not re-use empty containers

FIRST AID

Inhalation

  • If vapours or mist have been inhaled, and irritation has developed, remove the source of contamination or move victim to fresh air the patient should be kept under observation and obtain medical attention if irritation persists.

Skin Contact

  • Removed contaminated clothing, shoes, and leather goods immediately. Gently wipe off excess chemical remains. If irritation persists, seek medical advise immediately. Persons who become sensitized may require specialized medical management wih anti-inflammatory agents

Eye Contact

  • Immediately flush the contaminated eyes with gently flowing lukewarm water for 20 minutes, occasionally lifting upper and lower lids until no evidence of chemical remains.

Ingestions

  • DO NOT induce vomiting, DO NOT give anything by mouth. Obtain medical attention immediately. If the person is alert, rinse mouth thoroughly with water

Note TO PHYSICIAN

No specific antidote is available. Treat symptomatically and supportively when required. If large amounts have been ingested, perform gastric lavage and administer activated charcoal.

STORAGE

Store in the closed, original container and cool, well-ventilated are. Do not store for prolonged periods in direct sunlight. Store in a locked room or place away from children, animals, food, feedstuffs, seed and fertilizers
